About Us

FIX Dubai Chocolate is a small, Dubai-based chocolate atelier with one focus: making chocolate that tastes as good as it looks. We work in small batches, by hand, so that every bar gets the attention it needs before it reaches you.

Our flavours are inspired by the place we live in — pistachio, kunafa and the generous dessert style Dubai is known for — paired with quality chocolate and fillings we would happily serve to our own family.

Quality starts with what goes inside the bar. We choose our ingredients carefully, prepare our fillings fresh, and check each batch before it is packed, because a chocolate bar is only as good as its last bite.

Taste is personal, and a delivery is only finished when it arrives in the condition we promised. If something about your order is not right, tell us — we will do our best to put it right.

Our most requested creations are the Knafeh chocolate bars: crisp shredded kunafa and pistachio filling sealed inside a chocolate shell, so the crunch and the creaminess are still separate when you bite into it.

Alongside the Knafeh bars you will find filled chocolate bars in a range of flavours, our limited creations, and gift collections packed for sharing and for occasions.
